Delete your Forsova Luma account
Forsova Luma is operated by Forsova FZE. This page explains how to delete your Forsova Luma account and the personal app data linked to it.
Delete your account inside the app
You can delete your Forsova Luma account and the associated personal app data directly from the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
If you no longer have access to the app
You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion. If you can no longer open the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us using the email address linked to your Forsova Luma account:
Please send your request from the email address associated with your Forsova Luma account so we can locate it.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize the personal app data associated with your account, including:
- Profile data
- Food logs
- Water logs
- Activity logs
- Weight logs
- Saved foods
- App preferences
- AI logs
- Other personal app data associated with your account
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, or compliance purposes. Subscription and payment records may also be retained by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or Forsova according to applicable laws and platform policies. Retained data is kept only as required for these purposes.

Verifying and processing your request
